Can I cancel my order?

We allow order cancellations within 2-3 days of placement. If you need to cancel your order or if there is an error with your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request during this time.

  • Cancellation Attempts: While we strive to process cancellation requests promptly, please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed and can only be executed during business hours.
  • Post-Cancellation Options: If we are unable to cancel your order, we offer free domestic returns and exchanges on unopened and unworn items (excludes orders shipped to military APO, FPO, or DPO addresses).

Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to modify your order—such as changing the shipping address, item size, or color—please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We allow changes to be made within 2-3 days of your order placement.

  • Timeliness: To ensure that we can accommodate your request, please reach out to us promptly. Changes requested after the initial 2-3 day period may not be possible due to our fast processing times.
  • Change Limitations: While we will make every effort to fulfill your request, please note that certain changes may not be feasible depending on the status of your order at the time of your request.

Can I make changes to my order?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. 

We also offer Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Only one form of payment is accepted per order (unless a GAGLI gift card is being used).

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons why your order may have been canceled:

  • The item(s) sold out.
  • We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

If the billing address stated on the order does not match what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is canceled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The order’s full amount will be refunded to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution

Why did I receive a refund?

One or more items may be out of stock in your order and unable to ship. Because of this, we will refund you for the out of stock items and ship the available items.

Why is my credit card being declined?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it’s declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

If the problem continues and you believe it’s an error, please contact your financial institution for more information.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email

If you do not receive an email from GAGLI Underwear within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

If you cannot find the email in your spam/junk folder, please contact our customer service team with the name, email address, and shipping address used on the order so we can resend it.
