Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or a refund. To make the process easier for you, there is no need to return the product. You can keep the item, and we will process your request without requiring it to be sent back to us.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund?

Reach out to our customer service team at [support@gagi.com] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide Details: Include your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for your exchange/refund request. Let us know whether you would like an exchange for a different item or a full refund. Once we receive your request, we will process it promptly and confirm the next steps via email.

Additional Information

  • Refund & Exchange can be requested within 30 days of the date of order date. Returns of products marked “final sale” will not be accepted
  • We accept domestic refund and exchanges postmarked within 30 days of invoice.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • To initiate a refund or exchange, email support@gagli.com and include your order number and reason for return. We encourage you to reuse the original mailer that your item was sent in.
  • When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
  • All sale items are final sale. GAGLI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item(s), contact our customer service team and we’ll help you with getting this issue resolved. When you contact us please make sure to have your order number and a picture of the incorrect item you received. 

It may take up to 2-3 business days to investigate the issue. The typical resolution is that we can either reship the correct items if they are in stock or refund your order—whichever works best for you.
