Shipping within the United States
GAGLI can ship orders to all locations within the United States.
- Free US shipping on orders $49 and over.
- Orders below$29-49 are $3.5 flat rate shipping.
- Orders below $29 are $4.5 flat rate shipping.
- Orders are currently shipping in 3-5 business days. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. GAGLI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
- Orders for Non-United States shipping address are currently shipping in 7-15 business days, All items are shipped via DHL or UPS. Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. GAGLI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Free International shipping on orders $59 and over.
- Orders below $39- 59 are $15 flat rate shipping
- orders below $39 are $17 flat rate shipping.
Processing time
We will process your order and arrange shipment in 2-3 business days, please allow an additional 24 hours for us to add your tracking information. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Returns + Exchange Policy

- Exchanges and Refunds: We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or a refund.
- No Return Required: To make the process easier for you, there is no need to return the product. You can keep the item, and we will process your request without requiring it to be sent back to us.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

- Provide Details: Include your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for your exchange/refund request.
- Choose Your Option: Let us know whether you would like an exchange for a different item or a full refund.
- Processing Your Request: Once we receive your request, we will process it promptly and confirm the next steps via email.
Additional Information
- Refund & Exchange can be requested within 30 days of the date of order date.
- Returns of products marked “final sale” will not be accepted
- We accept domestic refund and exchanges postmarked within 30 days of invoice.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- To initiate a refund or exchange, email support@gagli.com and include your order number and reason for return. We encourage you to reuse the original mailer that your item was sent in. When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
- All sale items are final sale. GAGLI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
